Army Pay Calculator is a small independent tool run by one person. Corrections, bug reports and questions about the formulas are welcome — if a number here disagrees with your Leave and Earnings Statement or your retirement services officer, that message is the one we most want to read.

What this tool will not do: it cannot tell you your actual High-3 average (that depends on the longevity steps in your own pay history), it does not compute VA disability, BAH, BAS or SBP, and it is not affiliated with the Army, DFAS or the Department of Defense.
